Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on aviation projects nationwide. You will lead safety initiatives, manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure documentation and budgets align with project goals.

Required are strong communication, project management, and field supervision skills, with preference for Lean experience and aviation project exposure.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred in construction-related field.
• 5+ years construction experience with 3+ years field supervision.
• Lean principles experience preferred; aviation project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment; mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develop work plans and coordinate project schedule with PM.
• Oversee project budget, cost reporting and procurement processes.
• Ensure quality compliance and proper documentation throughout project.
