Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects nationwide, supporting aviation initiatives with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget. The role requires coordinating with owners, designers, and authorities to ensure quality and on-time completion.

The candidate will lead field teams, manage formwork/tools selection, and drive coordination across trades while maintaining JE Dunn’s standards for quality and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a preferred Bachelor’s degree in construction management.
• 5+ years of construction and 3+ years of field supervision experience are expected.
• Experience with Lean principles and aviation projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture on the project and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and organize overall job workflows.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and program areas such as Safety, Quality and EEO.
