Job summary

Dnata in the United States seeks a Station Trainer to develop training schedules, consult with managers and leadership, and maintain a database of training materials.

You will instruct employee onboarding, track performance and learning, test and review materials, and translate data into strategic training initiatives and resources. You will liaise with outside vendors when needed and ensure alignment with corporate standards, procedures, and aviation safety requirements.
