Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and recurrent training for employees and managers.
• Develop and evaluate training materials and methods.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report findings to leadership.
