Job summary

Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a Trainer at DFW Airport to lead new hire and regulatory training, coordinate courses for client airlines, and manage training records. The role supports both technical and customer service programs and requires strong presentation skills.

The trainer will coordinate with designated accounts, deliver leadership and emergency response training, and assist with line duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience managing an international or domestic airline account.

Responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Training and mandatory Regulatory Training as required.
• Conduct Account Refresher Training (Technical & Customer Service).
• Coordinate & Schedule Courses for Designated Clients.
• Administer Course Advisories, Submit Reports & Related Administrative Duties.
• Manage Designated Client Training for both Technical and Customer Service Training.
• Maintain Employee Training Records.
• Material Preparation, Course Development.
• Regular Communication with Business Manager / Client Airlines.
• Assist with line duties as required by Designated Accounts.
• Conduct Emergency Response Training.
• Perform Leadership training to internal staff.
