Job summary

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Station Trainer to plan, organize, and deliver comprehensive training for station personnel and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency across locations. The role entails extensive collaboration with the MSP hub, developing curricula, and keeping records up to date.

This full-time, onsite position requires travel up to 75% and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and ongoing process improvement within ground operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year professional training or related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to acquire a passport for travel.
• Ability to obtain MSP SIDA badge.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Familiar with MS Suite products.
• Ability to travel on short notice as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver station training across all operation areas (above/below wing, freighter, charter, GSC).
• Support MSP hub with training needs and new hire training.
• Assess training needs and develop ongoing training; train vendor managers on policies.
• Develop, update, and maintain curriculum.
• Create training materials and assessments meeting standards.
• Identify policy needs from audits; implement supporting programs.
• Provide training assistance to Sun Country out-stations; travel up to 75%.
• Support projects and committees as assigned by Manager, Ground Operations Training.
• Ensure compliance standards established by the FAA and Sun Country Airlines.
• Maintain training rosters, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of training records and vendor qualifications.
• Stay current with regulatory changes affecting Customer Experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
