Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking a Station Trainer to deliver and evaluate training across ground handling operations. You will conduct in‑person classroom instruction and virtual sessions, manage eLearning and coaching for new hires, and ensure compliance with company and safety standards.

The role requires onboarding and ongoing coaching with a focus on timely training delivery, documentation, and reporting to station management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ground handling industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year classroom instruction or 2 years On-the-Job Coaching experience.
• 12 months of operational experience in Ramp.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate training programs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions and manage scheduling.
• Maintain training records across digital systems.
• Develop reports on training compliance and progress for management.
• On-the-job coaching and support for new hires.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met in operations.
