PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, and coordinate high volumes of qualified candidates across the organization.

The role supports mass hiring by creating postings, building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include partnering with managers, posting ads, outreach across channels, and maintaining candidate records in the ATS while complying with laws and company

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in office, onsite, Monday-Friday.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Travel requirement >25%.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring timelines, and role requirements.
• Create requisitions and post job ads across job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct high-volume candidate outreach via calls, email, and text messaging.
• Screen candidates for qualifications and role fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding and extend job offers as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance.
