Job summary

FlyExclusive, LLC is looking for a Scheduling Manager to optimize a multi-aircraft delivery plan and own productivity drivers. The role requires coordinating with MX planning, crew scheduling, and the operations team to resolve issues and keep the fleet ready for service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States; provide two forms of Federal ID.
• Background check including employment, education and criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aviation reliability by focusing on aircraft availability.
• Schedule inspections with MX planning team.
• Coordinate downtime with demand cycle.
• Communicate with crew scheduling to ensure staffing.
• Manage trip sheets and optimize fleet operations.
• Support customer services and cross-functional teams during IROPs.
