Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in Lake Nona, FL, to drive sales and ensure customer success. The AE will own revenue bookings for the assigned territory, respond to requests to book training, and act as a client advocate across operations and sales teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of sales or customer-service experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. FAA FAR knowledge is a plus, and a pilot’s license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and coordinate bookings.
• Respond quickly to requests via phone and email to book training.
• Maintain CRM data and report activity.
