CAE, the worldwide leader in aviation training, is seeking an Account Executive to join our sales team in Orlando. The AE will be the main point of contact for customer requests, book training, and update the CRM while coordinating with operations and sales to deliver an exceptional experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–5 years related experience helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 91 and 135 preferred; pilot's license is a plus.

Mansioni

• Owns revenue bookings within the assigned territory and acts as the client liaison between Operations, Key Accounts, and Inside Sales.
• Respond to requests promptly by phone and email to book training and update CRM with accurate information.
• Build and maintain relationships; serve as a trusted training advisor for decision makers.
• Resolve client concerns as first line of support and escalate where needed to ensure resolution.
• Ensure all CRM entry and reporting is completed accurately and on time.
