Job summary

Pilotbase, Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help clients adopt our software platform, oversee installation and customization, and collaborate with the sales and CSM teams to deliver best-practice guidance. You will own the onboarding process from purchase to activation and drive client ROI.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of SaaS ERP implementation experience, strong communication skills, and comfort presenting both online and in person, with a passion to contribute

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience implementing operational efficiency / ERP software in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated project management / change management experience.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral.
• Comfortable presenting on Zoom and in-person.
• Positive attitude and desire to be part of a motivated group doing big things.
• Knowledge of the Aviation industry and terminology preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and interest in writing guidance docs and community content.

Responsibilities

• Customize the product based on your assessment and the client's needs.
• Train the client's staff to use the software.
• Leverage industry best practices around change management.
• Own the Onboarding process from purchase to account activation.
• Be a knowledgeable advocate for all facets of the Pilotbase product family.
• Deliver client presentations and training to small groups.
