Cirrus Aircraft Ltd. at the flagship Cirrus Store in Knoxville, TN seeks a Customer Experience Advisor (CXA) to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue through personalized service. You will build lifelong relationships with Cirrus owners and pilots, delivering exceptional experiences across their journey.

You will engage customers, upsell Cirrus products, and collaborate with teams to expand product use while managing daily store operations and travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
• 4–7 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and flexibility for overnight travel and weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage with customers to understand needs and identify upselling opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer interactions and foster loyalty.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on trends to enhance recommendations.
• Perform daily store operations including opening/closing, sales processing, and inventory management.
• Identify opportunities for store improvements in merchandising and processes to boost satisfaction and efficiency.
• Travel may be required to various locations for events or business needs.
