Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft Ltd. seeks a Service Advisor to act as the main liaison between customers and the factory service center, coordinating maintenance scheduling and communicating status updates.

You will build work packages with labor and parts, and serve as the primary contact for service-related communications. This role emphasizes interactions with customers, parts coordination, and ensuring timely and cost-aware maintenance decisions while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of maintenance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong Customer service skills.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple objectives, meet deadlines and balance projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for Customers regarding scheduling aircraft maintenance and service.
• Coordinate with parts department to pre-order required parts and service bulletin kits.
• Obtain warranty and/or customer approvals prior to work.
• Escalate conditions impacting schedule or workflow.
• Maintain balance of shop capacity and input demand at facility and maintenance bay levels.
• Pre-arrange outside services to meet scheduled return-to-service targets in time.
