Job summary

Cirrus, located in Alcoa, Tennessee, is seeking a Vice President-Customer Support to lead the global customer support organization with full P&L responsibility. This executive role requires a strategic mindset to refine customer service experiences across ownership programs and mobile maintenance services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation customer support, proven leadership in managing diverse teams, and will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of customer support experience with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing a business unit with independent P/L.
• Ability to resolve customer and employee concerns courteously.

Responsibilities
