Job summary

Cirrus is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at its flagship Cirrus Store in Knoxville, TN. The CXA builds lasting relationships with Cirrus owners and pilots, delivering personalized service to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue.

Responsibilities include upselling, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, product knowledge, and daily store operations, with travel as needed to multiple Cirrus locations and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising, Business, Hospitality, or related fields with 4-7 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Proven track record of increasing responsibilities and business growth; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems; strong work ethic and independent prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills; valid driver's license with good driving record and willingness for overnight travel and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers before, during, and after interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experiences and brand loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of Cirrus merchandise, trends, and customer needs to improve recommendations.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, transactions, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchandise selection, visuals, and processes.
• Travel as needed to events or other Cirrus locations.
