Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Recruiter to fill hourly aviation and ground/cargo handling roles in the Denver area. You will source candidates, manage pipelines in our SAP ATS, and work with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment plans.

Responsibilities include pre-employment checks, onboarding, badge processing, and ensuring timely staffing. Experience in aviation recruiting is preferred; weekend availability and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• One to three years recruiting experience, preferably in aviation and cargo handling.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Flexible for weekends and shift coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for hourly positions and management roles in Aviation and Ground/Cargo Handling.
• Source candidates via job boards, SAP ATS, and referrals; maintain candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define qualifications and develop recruitment strategies.
• Oversee onboarding, badge applications, and pre-employment steps; coordinate travel when needed.
