Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR or related field required or 5 years HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with DEN managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Implements efficient recruiting methods based on role, industry standards, and DEN needs.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules and conducts interviews; prepares interview questions and materials.
• Supports onboarding, badging, and clearance processes with station leadership.
