Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; education and experience considered.
• HR certification preferred (PHR/SPHR or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes based on qualifications and hiring leader preferences.
• Create requisitions and manage postings in the ATS.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
• Educate managers on hiring processes and guidelines.
• Support recruiting events and travel as needed.
