Responsibilities

• Coordinate and host recruitment events with station management in various locations.
• Post job opportunities online or in newspapers, monitor responses, and contact candidates.
• Conduct interviews and orientation sessions; arrange training for new hires.
• Ensure employment processes are completed for each new hire; maintain files and tracking forms.
