The primary responsibility of the position is to understand the corporate culture, policies, and goals to select candidates that meet or exceed the company’s minimum requirements for employment. This will be achieved by working closely with station management to arrange and host recruiting events, where the recruiter will conduct interviews and orientation sessions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and Microsoft Office Skills, as well as a flexible schedule to allow for extensive travel.
