Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on creating and updating job postings, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, and coordinating pre-employment steps for candidates.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of admin or customer service experience and one year in HR or recruiting, with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative or customer service experience.
• One year of Human Resources or recruiting experience.
• Working knowledge of booking travel and accommodations.
• Experience supporting multiple personnel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and update relevant job postings.
• Activate job postings in the ATS by obtaining details and approvals.
• Distribute internal postings for union and management positions.
• Ensure all job boards are up to date, including state boards and schools.
• Ensure external postings comply with OFCCP regulations.
• Schedule pre-employment and initiate new hire paperwork.
• Schedule fingerprint screening for candidates and recruiters.
• Coordinate start dates after background/drug screening clearance.
• Update ATS with pre-boarding information.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations for interviews and new hires.
• Manage recruiter inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of open requisitions managed by Recruiting.
