Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking an Aviation Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment and business development within the aviation and aerospace industry. The role supports end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviews, and client presentations while expanding client accounts from the United States.

The position is remote within the United States, with a focus on building talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and driving new business opportunities for aviation staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in recruitment or related field.
• Aviation or aerospace recruitment experience.
• Business development and client acquisition experience.
• Experience with ATS and online recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for events when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for current and prospective clients.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract aviation & aerospace candidates.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with applicants and clients.
• Drive business development and secure new client accounts.
• Use ATS and sourcing tools to track candidates and progress.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal processes.
• Participate in external recruitment events and initiatives.
