Job summary

AVTECH Global (Aviation Technology Associates) is seeking an Aviation Recruiter to lead high-volume staffing for current and future clients in the aerospace sector. You will develop creative sourcing strategies and partner with clients to grow the recruiting function.

You will manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to interview, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering excellent customer service. This role is focused on aviation industry recruiting in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• At least 2 years of experience with progressing responsibility.
• Knowledge of compliance issues and employment law.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates/implements staffing process with clients and applicants while complying with regulations.
• As a team, identify and evaluate qualified candidates to present to clients for review.
• Focus on recruitment of all positions for current and future clients.
• Form business partnerships with clients and serve as a point of contact for the staffing process.
• Sourcing requisitions appropriately for assigned positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with applicants throughout the staffing process.
• Conduct candidate interviews with hiring team.
• Source qualified candidates.
