Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or sales in aviation.
• Strong understanding of aviation job markets in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and post international aviation job openings.
• Engage with airlines and candidates to promote postings.

• Create daily video job descriptions for postings.
• Maintain and update job listings to reflect opportunities.
• Collaborate with airlines to understand recruitment needs.
