Job summary

Coulson Aviation is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles and support global talent initiatives. This onsite role is based in Thermal, CA, with relocation assistance available for candidates outside the area.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, post roles across platforms, source and assess candidates, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while sharing hiring data to improve strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment and ATS experience.
• Strong interview, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Post roles and manage pipelines across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
• Share insights, feedback, and hiring data to improve recruitment strategy.
• Support offer development, negotiations, and handoff to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS records.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives.
