The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support talent acquisition across multiple locations, combining full-cycle recruitment with consultative support for frontline hiring initiatives. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and station teams to develop effective strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Formación

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for professional, leadership, and frontline operational positions; multi-location and high-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience working with Workday, preferably within an enterprise environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned salaried, professional, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, workforce plans, and hiring timelines.
• Serve as a Centre of Excellence resource by providing guidance on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, recruiting best practices, and workforce planning.
• Support high-volume frontline hiring initiatives, seasonal recruitment campaigns, and workforce ramp-up activities across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, recruitment marketing, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and workforce trends to identify challenges, improve hiring outcomes, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop and deliver recruiting tools, training, and resources that enhance recruiter and hiring manager effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, EEO requirements, and recruiting procedures.
