PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Corporate & Leadership Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field leadership roles.

You will source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates, partnering with hiring managers to build tailored talent strategies in a fast-paced environment. This role requires in-office presence, strong communication in English, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in-office, onsite, Monday through Friday.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with effective communication skills.
• Excellent dependability and attendance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Flexibility to work extended hours on occasion to support field operations.
• Travel requirement greater than 25%.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events).
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field leadership positions.
• Conduct high-volume, repetitive touchpoints with candidates via calls, email, and text.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend offers and assist with onboarding for new hires.
• Promote PrimeFlight Aviation as an employer of choice with culture and growth opportunities.
• Ensure recruiting processes comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Create requisitions and post ads on boards and platforms.
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs.
