Job summary

Pilatus Group in Broomfield, Colorado, is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across aviation, technical, skilled trades, and professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers, proactively source top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience with independent responsibility.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill technical, skilled trades, or professional roles.
• Experience conducting interviews and providing hiring recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple openings across locations/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through accepted offer, including job postings, review, interviews, travel, and offer prep.
• Assess staffing needs with hiring managers across locations/time zones and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct independent interviews and evaluate qualifications to make hiring recommendations.
• Manage multiple open positions and maintain talent pipelines with regular progress updates.
• Coordinate candidate communication, pre-employment screenings, reference checks, and onboarding transitions.
