Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) seeks a part-time recruiter assistant to support its HR team under close supervision. You will help draft requisitions and manage applicant data in the company portal, contact candidates, and nurture relationships through the staffing process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.

• Part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with potential to become full-time.
• Medical insurance premium coverage up to one-half, plus 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities

• Draft requisitions for new positions and submit applicant data into the company portal.
• Contact candidates through various methods and maintain relationships during the staffing process.
