Job summary

Air Transport International is seeking a Records Clerk to maintain aircraft and engine records in Wilmington, Ohio. Responsibilities include filing, indexing, and verifying log pages and flight data across computerized systems.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with Prime system is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with FAA, customers and co-workers; ability to stand, bend, reach, sit for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Current Driver’s License required.
• Proficient with PCs and office software (Windows, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Distribute records to aircraft and engine current files, AD compliance files and historical records files.
• Ensure log-pages are received and filed properly.
• Maintain computer and hard copy files for aircraft records.
• Scan and index large amounts of data into shared databases.
• Liaison with maintenance personnel to maintain aircraft flight data.
• Check and correct aircraft flight logs, times and cycles.
• Enter APU hours and cycles into computerized log-pages.
• Enter pilot reports and reliability data into computerized programs.
• Enter engine oil consumption information into databases.
• Process and maintain routine and major check records.
• File and archive aircraft and engine records; retrieve as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Records Supervisor.
