Job summary

All Aviation Jobs is seeking a Records Clerk to manage aircraft records and support compliance across digital and physical files. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and prior aviation records experience.

You will verify paperwork, scan and catalogue documents, and ensure accurate data entry in the tracking system, while performing audits and assisting onboarding. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with aircraft records and maintenance paperwork.
• Ability to learn computer tracking programs; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administration of aircraft records.
• Verify maintenance paperwork and ensure accuracy.
• Scan and catalog paperwork for digital and physical filing systems.
• Ensure records are entered and tracked in the computer system.
• Perform daily audits of aircraft paperwork.
• Assist in new aircraft audits and onboarding.
• Provide aircraft reports as required.
• Recommend process improvements to management.
