Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Logs & Records Clerk to manage aircraft logbooks, aeronautical records, and maintenance files within CNAFINST 4790.2 guidelines. You will use systems like NALCOMIS, OOMA, FAME, IMDS, CETADS and CEMS to produce reports and maintain accurate data.

The role requires two years of aviation clerical experience and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. A high school diploma is required and occasional travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Two years of aviation clerical experience maintaining aircraft logbooks and records.
• Completion of US or equivalent Logs and Records courses or two years of on-the-job training.
• Must meet government/licensing requirements for the position.
• Experience with automated maintenance systems: OOMA, NALCOMIS, FAME, IMDS, CETADS, CEMS preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work all assigned shifts and schedules.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and sustain aircraft logbooks, equipment service records, and maintenance files.
• Draft and submit management reports from current systems.
• Process readiness documents and support equipment custody records.
• Maintain configuration status accounting, weight and balance, and inventory data.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance as required.
