Job summary

Air Transport International is seeking a Records Clerk to manage aircraft and engine records, scan and index large data sets, and liaise with maintenance personnel to ensure accurate flight data.

The role involves maintaining master logs, verifying log pages, and ensuring proper filing of AD compliance and historical records. Must lift up to 50 lbs and communicate clearly with FAA and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly communicate with FAA, customers and co-workers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain multiple files.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and sit/stand as required.
• Proficient in basic PC and office software.

Responsibilities

• Distribute records to aircraft and engine current files, AD compliance files and historical records files.
• Ensure log-pages are received and filed properly.
• Maintain computer and hard copy files for aircraft records.
• Scan and index large amounts of data into shared databases.
• Liaison with maintenance personnel to maintain flight data.
• Maintain Aircraft Master Flight Log and check logs for accuracy.
