Job summary

Yingling Aviation is seeking a Quoting, Planning & Scheduling Manager to bridge MRO operations with Sales, Customer Support and Management. You will scope labor, parts, materials and outside services; build accurate estimates and plan work sequences so technicians have what they need when they need it.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals (AMM/CMM), IPCs, service bulletins and ADs.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes across airframe, engine, avionics or components.
• Strong cost-estimating and quoting ability with attention to detail and arithmetic accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with work order systems.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple active jobs, priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication across shop, purchasing, sales, customer support and MRO departments.
• Sound judgement and urgency in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, work scopes and discrepancies to define work required.
• Develop detailed estimates covering labor, parts, materials and outside services.
• Reference manuals and data to scope work correctly; prepare quotes for delivery to customers.
• Build work orders from quotes and needed manpower across departments.
• Identify parts, materials and tooling requirements; coordinate with purchasing and parts.
• Flag long-lead times, AOGs and capacity constraints affecting schedule.
• Ensure work order documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with Sales/CSM/Management on status and timing for customer communication.
