Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance scheduling to maximize aircraft availability.
• Collaborate with MX planning and crew to align inspections and RTS.
• Communicate with flight operations to ensure accurate trip sheets and schedules.
• Support sales/services with ASAP trips and client communications during IROPs.
• Forecast crew availability and coordinate with scheduling to meet staffing needs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve fleet utilization.
