Team JAS, Inc is seeking an organized MRO Planner to oversee repair orders from placement to delivery. You will manage customer quotes, coordinate with third‑party vendors, and monitor turnaround times to ensure high-quality service.

Ideal candidates bring aviation industry exposure, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role is based at our Jacksonville facility with on-site responsibilities and close collaboration with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in order management, customer service, or admin support in technical/aviation environment preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and data-entry skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for parts and repairs; ensure timely sourcing of components.
• Provide quotes for internal and external repairs; maintain clear client communications.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors; track status and ensure vendor performance.
• Monitor overdue repair orders and update work orders with timely notes.
• Source parts as needed and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays.
• Support rotables management and arrange repair logistics as necessary.
• Update order status in Quantum Control and maintain accurate records.
