Job summary

Yingling Aviation Inc. in Wichita, KS, is seeking a Quoting, Planning & Scheduling Manager to bridge MRO operations with Sales, Customer Support and management.

You will scope labor, parts, and services to produce accurate quotes and structured work orders while guiding sequencing so technicians have what they need. The role emphasizes FAA A&P knowledge, detailed cost estimation, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years in aviation maintenance or related field.
• Experience quoting, work order planning, or production control is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and work scopes to define required work.
• Develop detailed estimates for labor, parts, consumables and outside services.
• Reference maintenance manuals, PCs, SBs and ADs to scope work correctly.
• Prepare quotes and provide to Sales/CSM/Management; revise as needed.
• Identify additional work and route for customer approval before proceeding.
