Job summary

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is seeking a Q.C. Administrator to review, edit and maintain training and FAA/EASA documentation, and to schedule and oversee employee training.

The role also serves as backup to the Q.C. Inspector, monitoring repair work for safety, FAA compliance and proper workmanship.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 2 years in office administration; strong organizational, communication and computer skills; aviation industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of related experience in office administration or related field preferred
• Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines; attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Ability to read, write and understand English; follow verbal and written instruction
• Multi-tasking is a necessity; experience in aviation industry and FAA regulatory environment preferred

• Maintains quality system documentation and controlled records; assists with manual revisions, tracking, and audit activities; supports corrective action and compliance documentation
• Maintains external provider and regulatory documentation records; assists Quality Management with administrative and compliance support activities
