Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a QC Inspector to report to the Chief Inspector and perform inspections per the General Maintenance Manual. You will ensure all inspections comply with policies and FARs while reviewing paperwork for accuracy and completeness.

Ideal candidates have FAA A&P certification, 6+ years hands-on aviation maintenance, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This role involves safety-critical tasks and coordination with AMTs and technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• Minimum 6+ years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and follow manuals and FAA regulations.
• Background check and US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inspections are completed per policies and procedures.
• Perform receiving inspections of components, materials, tools, and hardware per FARs.
• Inspect work by AMTs, sheet metal and avionics technicians, and oversee rework.
• Conduct RII inspections per procedures and program requirements.
• Review maintenance paperwork to ensure compliance with FARs.
• Oversee aircraft handling to maintain safety and prevent damage.
• Perform weight and balance analysis using manuals and scales.
