Job summary

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is seeking a Q.C. Administrator to review, edit and maintain training and FAA/EASA documentation, and to schedule and oversee employee training.

The role also serves as backup to the Q.C. Inspector, monitoring repair work for safety, FAA compliance and proper workmanship.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 2 years in office administration; strong organizational, communication and computer skills; aviation industry experience preferred.

JOB PURPOSE

The Q.C. Administrator reviews, edits and maintains all documentation related to employee training and FAA/EASA documentation/manuals. This includes scheduling and oversight of employee training, updates to all FAA/EASA related manuals and the appropriate filing of all FAA/EASA Documents. Additionally, the Q.C. Administrator will serve as backup to the Q.C. Inspector, monitoring operations repair work for safety, FAA compliance and proper workmanship.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintains quality system documentation and controlled records, assists with manual revisions, tracking, and audit activities, supports corrective action follow-up and compliance documentation, maintains external provider and regulatory documentation records, and assists Quality Management with administrative and compliance support activities.
Marginal Job Functions:
  • Strong Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Aviation industry and FAA regulatory experience preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands:

Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

Equipment Operated:

Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.
