Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant
The Quality Assurance Administrative Assistantreports to the Director, Quality and Safety / Accountable Manager.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- TheQuality Assurance Administrative Assistant reports to the Director- Quality andSafety/Accountable Manager.
- Provideadministrative assistance to the Inspection, Quality Assurance and Maintenance Trainingareas of the Quality and Safety Department.
- Dutiesinclude record keeping, data base entry, filing, monitoring personnel changeswithin the maintenance organization, scheduling personnel, completing reportsand advising the department head and staff on matters related to QA, Inspectionand Training.
- Recordkeeping responsibilities include personnel training records, vendor files, andprocessing of various training forms.
- Databaseentry responsibilities include initial entry of new employee previous trainingrecords, and ongoing training data of current employees into the companytraining and personnel database.
- Filingresponsibilities include initiating new personnel training files (FAA requiredpaper based files), updating changes to training files, assisting the QualityAssurance Auditor in maintaining the approved vendor files.
- Monitoringpersonnel change responsibilities include coordinating with the Human ResourcesDepartment regarding personnel additions and departures to ensure appropriatefiles are initiated or archived.
- Schedulingresponsibilities include assisting identifying personnel training requirementsand providing lists of personnel needing initial or recurrent training.
- Coordinateswith the Maintenance Training Specialist in these duties.
- Completingreports responsibilities includes providing information for the completion ofthe monthly QA activity Report and generating training reports as needed.
- Conductor assist in incident investigations.
- Activelysupport the company safety program and activities.
EDUCATION:
High School Degree or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2years related work experience.
Knowledgeof Quick Aviation is a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and detailed.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meetdifferent deadlines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high quality of work.
