Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an ABET‑accredited engineering degree, a PE license, and 10+ years in heavy civil transportation or aviation. On-site work with collaboration across offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Professional Engineer License required.
• 10+ years experience in a specialized discipline; aviation or heavy civil transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules, budgets, accounts receivable and manpower; prepare invoices.
• Develop project management plans for assigned projects.
• Establish project pricing and budgets.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans.
• Develop and coordinate project scope.
• Manage subconsultants.
• Participate in client presentations.
• Oversee and manage assigned staff working on project.
• Manage all technical resources on the project team.
• Develop extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals.
• Coordinate and assist section heads, office managers, and practice leaders with marketing proposals.
• Lead and manage team members with leadership and performance management.
