This role oversees project objectives—scope, schedule, and budget—on assigned projects with leadership of staff and coordination of subconsultants.

The position emphasizes client presentations, budget development, and maintaining quality plans, with heavy involvement in aviation or major transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• Professional Engineer License required.
• 10+ years of experience in a specialized discipline (Aviation preferred; Heavy civil transportation required).

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules, budgets, accounts receivable and manpower requirements; prepare invoices.
• Develop project management plans for assigned projects.
• Establish project pricing and budgets; create and maintain schedules.
• Coordinate and manage subconsultants and staff on projects.
• Lead client presentations and coordinate marketing proposals.
