Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of relative industry experience.
• Operational knowledge of FARs governing aircraft operations with 14 CFR Part 121 or Part 135 experience preferred.
• Demonstrates advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer service/support related to transport category aircraft performance and weight & balance.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and manage configurations and change requests.
• Lead testing and deployment of Garmin products and solutions where applicable.
• Contribute to training materials and technical writing related to aircraft performance data.
• Coordinate internal resources for customer deliverables and lead recurring customer meetings.
• Travel for customer support and training as required.
