• Escalate customer needs to proper departments as required
• Serve as first-level customer contact for Garmin's aircraft performance products
• Demonstrates program management skills to align communications, scope, milestones, risk, and strategy
• Resolve, track and/or route moderately complex to complex customer issues or requests
• Deliver technical support for Garmin aircraft performance and load planning products
• Lead testing and deployment of Garmin products and solutions
• Contribute to and enhance customer training materials
• Investigate and determine root cause of operational events and failures
• Identify issues with aircraft performance and/or load planning and support corrective actions
