Job summary

Garmin is seeking a full-time Aviation Program Specialist 2 at its Scottsdale, AZ location to provide technical customer service and support for transport category aircraft performance and weight & balance activities. You will manage customer configurations, respond to complex inquiries, and coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions and training materials.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Aerospace/Business or related field with at least 1 year of experience, familiarity with FARs, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, business or related field or equivalent experience.
1+ year of relevant industry experience.
Operational knowledge of FARs governing aircraft operations (14 CFR Part 121/135 preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide technical customer service/support for Garmin aircraft performance and load planning products.
Serve as main customer contact and manage aircraft configurations and change requests.
Lead and coordinate project and program management activities with internal teams.
Investigate root causes of operational events and develop corrective actions.
Develop training materials and contribute to technical publications.
