StandardAero, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Production Engineer to provide engineering support for component repair development and continuous improvement programs.

You will drive root cause analysis, define repair processes, and manage documentation to improve throughput and quality. You will collaborate with multiple departments to implement new repairs on schedule, participate in capacity planning, and generate cost estimates for repair work packages.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Experience with repair processes and root-cause analysis is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and establish improvement programs through root cause analysis of repairs and line stoppages.
• Develop repairs under DAO sanction and refine repair schemes to reduce in-process rejects.
• Maintain Rework Process Instructions, TODRs, matrix codes, and related data.
• Review scrap and MRB data; log costs and stock for future repairs.
• Provide input to management on repair/process implementation.
• Execute MRB documentation, NCTs, TODRs, and TODRs revisions.
• Coordinate between business unit and remanufacturing services to solve production issues.
• Implement new repairs/processes on schedule to meet production objectives.
• Perform production capacity planning and support equipment acquisition as needed.
• Originate, revise, and interpret technical drawings; write work instructions.
