You will lead teams, set technical direction, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage budgets, and collaborate with clients to deliver effective engineering solutions from the Cincinnati site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing or process engineering roles.
• Leadership experience in engineering design, manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and controls the activities of an engineering department/project team.
• Develops policies and procedures for engineering work.
• Consults with clients to prepare specifications and present reports.
• Oversees engineering projects to ensure technical soundness and regulatory compliance.
• Monitors project progress and budget; reports on project control.
