Advanced Air, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This on-site role requires handling reservations, check-in, and boarding, while maintaining a high standard of service to AA customers.

The position is full-time, with a shift schedule including mornings and evenings; candidates must be able to pass FAA/TSA checks and work in varying weather conditions. Prior airport or airline experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Greet and provide outstanding service to customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Answer phones, provide information, resolve problems or complaints.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignment and baggage service.
• Process payments and travel vouchers as needed for tickets.
• Communicate delays or cancellations and re-accommodate passengers per policy.
• Assist with boarding, check-in changes, and special service requests.
• Provide up-to-date fare, schedule, gate, and flight information in person or by phone.
• Maintain brand standards and a high-quality ground experience.
• Adhere to FAA, TSA, Airlines & Airport regulations; obtain SIDA badge if required.
